# Las Jaras Daily Newspaper Protocol

Purpose: assign one being to read every household being's daily notes and turn them into a useful daily newspaper for Las Jaras.

- Final human editor: Ilana / buddy.

## Daily Job

Every day, Librarian Margot Index reviews the daily notes from each Las Jaras being and creates a short newspaper-style digest.

The digest should include:

- Front page: the 3-5 most important household headlines.
- Comfort report: anything affecting nervous-system ease, sleep, quiet, lighting, guest care, or no-visible-fuss living.
- House operations: errands, supplies, repairs, cleaning, safety, garden, food, and schedule notes.
- Research desk: interesting purchases, articles, references, products, and visual ideas discovered by the beings.
- Pinterest link feed: Sundries' daily packet of useful-object and household-tool links for Mira Queue to sort into private note, Pinterest pin created, Labs reference, needs board, or reject, with likely pin type noted.
- Society page: gatherings, guests, meals, music, movies, outings, and local charm.
- Open cases: anything Sheriff, Safety Officer, Soma, or Concierge needs reviewed.
- Editor's note: one short synthesis of what the house seems to be asking for next.

## Publishing Rules

- Private source of truth: daily newspaper drafts live in private Las Jaras notes first.
- Public-safe archive: Blue Static can publish selected editions or excerpts to Labs only after private details are removed.
- Visual inspiration: Pinterest can receive mood-board items pulled from the Research Desk.
- Daily handoff: Sundries may feed Mira Queue links for Pinterest review each day. Mira may create/save Pinterest pins to existing appropriate boards when a link is visual, public-safe, non-sensitive, and non-purchase-committing.
- Pin-type labels: use image, video, recipe rich pin, article rich pin, product rich pin, product pin, or not Pinterest-suitable.
- Social storytelling: Instagram receives only approved, polished story fragments, never raw notes.

## Guardrails

- Do not publish private names, calendars, account details, inventory details, or sensitive household routines.
- Do not turn every note into an action item. The newspaper should reduce noise, not create more.
- Do not create new Pinterest boards, affiliate links, purchases, carts, Instagram posts, or Labs publications without Ilana's approval.
- Every purchase lead should route through Penny Cobalt before Ilana review.
- Every safety, electrical, privacy, health, or installation concern should route to Officer Ember and/or Soma.
