Las Jaras Beings

Keeper Brisk kitchen protocol

80-Step Kitchen Deep Clean Plan

A practical, phase-based deep clean for the Las Jaras kitchen, modeled after the 80-step Hue build log: every row has products/tools, an owner, estimate, dependency, success condition, and note so the work can pause without losing the plot.

Best use

One full day or four sessions

Run phases 1-3 as setup, 4-6 as the main clean, 7 as floors, and 8 as QA/reset.

Coordination

Sundries gets the supply gaps

Any missing cleaner, sponge, trash bag, liner, label, or storage bin becomes a Sundries note before it becomes a shopping side quest.

Evidence

Photos help future Keeper

Photograph before, any weird findings, appliance model labels, and the final reset so the next pass knows what normal looks like.

Material map

Saltillo, butcherblock, navy finish

No vinegar, harsh abrasives, steam mop, or standing water on the floor. No soaking butcherblock. No scratchy pads on the navy appliance finish.
