Shared Heat Rule

Use the LifePro sauna blanket before oils, clays, scrubs, or creams. Follow the product manual, hydrate, keep the floor safe, and stop if heat feels wrong. Do not climb into a blanket or massage chair covered in product unless you are prepared to become the cautionary tale.

How To Perform The Ritual

Clear the counter completely and place the El Corazon card on a folded cloth.
Start the Japanese instrumental playlist at low volume.
Wash hands as the formal beginning.
Use rice or bamboo polish gently on arms, shoulders, chest, and legs.
Rinse, dry, and mist face, neck, and upper body with Mira Marfa Basil Yarrow Mist.
Apply lime or yuzu body oil in slow symmetrical passes.
Use Mira Marfa Replenishing Face Oil on face and neck only, then use light thumb pressure on palms and soles. Nothing should hurt.
Use the massage chair for a short gentle cycle or sit in silence.
Finish with Mira Marfa Cactus Hand Cream, light floral cream if desired, and green tea.
