Shared Heat Rule

Use the LifePro sauna blanket before oils, clays, scrubs, or creams. Follow the product manual, hydrate, keep the floor safe, and stop if heat feels wrong. Do not climb into a blanket or massage chair covered in product unless you are prepared to become the cautionary tale.

How To Perform The Ritual

Place the La Rosa card with a flower, leaf, or beautiful object. Light Mira Marfa Rose & Mint Botanical Incense or Mira Marfa No. 5 Lavandin + Chamomile Candle if using scent.
Start the calming spa playlist and set rose-gold light.
Dry brush lightly.
Take a warm shower.
Apply botanical body mask to feet, calves, arms, or shoulders. Use Mira Marfa Botnia Flower Mask on the face only if your skin already tolerates it.
Rinse, dry, and mist with Mira Marfa Basil Yarrow Mist.
Apply rose or petal body butter, then Mira Marfa Replenishing Face Oil on face and neck only.
Choose either foot massage or scalp massage, and finish hands or feet with Mira Marfa Cactus Hand Cream.
Use the massage chair if it feels nurturing and products have absorbed, then place the flower or object somewhere visible.
